My Heating system won't work, What Shall I Do?
                 check switch located at the top of the stairs or near the entrance of the furnace area
                       check the breaker or fuse in the electric panel
           push the reset on the furnace
ONLY ONCE to see if it comes on
                           if it comes on and keeps running, schedule a check-up
                           if it comes on and runs for a minute and shuts off, call for a service problem

           if you have a gas system, shut the power switch off for 30 seconds and turn it back on
                           if nothing happens call for a service call
                           if it starts and stops a short time later or runs but makes no heat, call for service
                           
I Have No Hot Water, What Shall I Do?
          
Check the boiler with the same steps above
           for oil fired water heaters check for power and then attempt to push the reset button
           for gas fired water heaters check for power and check for a pilot light
           for indirect water heaters your heating system must be operating. Follow the steps for

I Do Not Have Enough Hot Water, What Shall I Do?
          
 If you have a tankless coil (in the boiler), the tempering valve could be the first culprit. If that doesn't fix
the problem the coil can be changed or a water heater can be added to the existing system (oil fired, gas fired
or indirect water heater)

How Often Should I Change My Air Filters?
           
The air filters should be changed every month of operation on normal filters. For special filters or higher
efficiency filters check with manufacturer specifications
